Event 1:Installation Ceremony

# The invitees were Esha Chatterjee(founder of Bee Books) and Anirban Lahiri(founder and CEO of Calcutta Bloggers);
#Investiture Ceremony of the Office Bearers was held;
#Story Books were donated by our members to the Interact Club;

Event 2 : Movies Shows

# The middle school watched ‘Sound of Music’;
#The senior school watched ‘My Fair Lady’;

Event 3 : Calcutta Walks

#A walk was organised in collaboration with Calcutta Walks and Ahava Communications to explore the heritage buildings of Kolkata.
#The members who attended the walk submitted articles with photo graphs based on their experience of the walk.
#The girls who went for the ‘walk’ attended a blogging workshop conducted in school by Anirban Lahiri of Calcutta Bloggers as a follow up activity.

Event 4 : KALAM- A Kolkata Literary Meet

#Some members were taken to be a part of the interaction with Ruskin Bond in this event.

Event 5 : Book Fair

#Some members of the club visited the Book Fair 2017 to witness the interview of Saroo Brierley,author of the book ‘A Long Way Home’,now made into an Oscar nominated film,’The Lion’.
#They also witnessed a media-interaction with Chetan Bhagat, the popular author.
